The Black Diamond Tiny Home Village is made up of tiny homes owned by our residents while the sites are leased.
The first phase of this community village will be completed by May 2024, please monitor our social media accounts for construction updates and photos.
We are happy to accommodate pets (upon request & approval) providing they reside within your tiny house.

2. CHOOSE YOUR STAY
Sites are $500/ month for periods of 13 months or longer, while the shorter terms do run slightly higher. This rate includes water and sewer. Tiny Home owners will pay their own electric.
Our site rental fee includes water, sewer, and trash/recycling services, as well as grounds maintenance/mowing.
We do offer a discount if lease is paid in full.

3. RESERVE YOUR SITE
There is a refundable deposit of $500 to secure a lot for the Black Diamond Tiny Home Village.
The first phase of 15 lots is currently leased and will be occupied during the summer of 2024.
