Black Diamond Tiny Home Community is located in historic Shawnee Ohio. The community sits on Diamond Lake, a lake constructed in the mid 1800’s to service the steam locomotives that transported the ubiquitous coal of the region. The coal is long gone but the architecture of Shawnee and its history remains. Our community not only offers the most picturesque setting for the location of your Tiny Home, but we are situated in the middle of Ohio’s only national forest, the Wayne.
